Role & 90‑Day Trial
- Position: Sales Professional
- Trial Period: 90 days, fully commission‑based with no base pay

- Residual commissions on all active accounts
Compensation Structure
- During 90‑Day Trial:
- Upfront commission of 75% on first‑month fees for packages at $450, $650, $950, and $1,150/month
- After Successful Trial:
- Base Pay: $750/week
- Upfront Commission: 50% on new sales
- Residual Commission: 5–10% on all active accounts (including trial‑period accounts)
This uncapped structure is designed for sales professionals targeting six‑figure earnings within a year.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Leverage provided leads and self‑sourced opportunities via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Consultative Selling: Present customized digital marketing solutions and close new business.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly progress reports.
- Client Handoff: Coordinate with our delivery team to ensure seamless onboarding.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience (digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services preferred).
- Proven track record in commission‑only or performance‑based roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable engaging C‑level executives.
- Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to excel in a remote setting.
