Duties
- Provide the owner with client inquiries and requests.
- Maintain and update customer databases with precise information.
- Prepare and manage sales documentation and correspondence.
- Liaise with the marketing department to facilitate sales activities.
- Support sales analytics and reporting needs.
- Coordinate virtual meetings and communications.
- Attend events to build potential clients.
- Identify and research potential markets and clients to foster business growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to expand our client base.
- Assist in the creation and execution of business strategies to increase market share.
- Collaborate with leadership to align with business development goals.
- Track market trends and suggest opportunities for client expansion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
- Previous experience in sales support or a similar role.
- Experience in business development or a related field is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
