We are seeking a skilled Government Programs Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in a PBM, Health Plan, or third-party payer setting, preferably with Medicare or government programs expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmacy claims adjudication systems, as well as experience with project management, formulary management, and NCPDP standards and applications.
- Medicare or Government Programs Experience: Have experience working in a PBM, Health Plan, or third-party payer setting, preferably with Medicare or government programs expertise.
- Project Management Experience: Manage implementation project plans for new Medicare clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Formulary Management Experience: Develop and maintain business process documentation, such as policies and procedures, job aides, and work instructions.
