You will be responsible for fielding inbound and making outbound calls to warm leads to set appointments for our dental practice.

You will be responsible for fielding inbound and making outbound calls to warm leads to set appointments for our dental practice.
What we offer:
- $20-$22/hour commission
- After one year: PTO
- Immediate Medical and In House Dental Benefits
- Hybrid: Remote with 1 day minimum onsite for meetings
- Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm schedule but looking for someone who is flexible when needed
- Build relationships with patients over the telephone and through web communications.
- Answer inbound calls from new patients and return calls to inquiries.
- Make outbound calls to warm leads, following up to schedule consultations.
- Schedule and confirm consultation appointments
- Utilize CRM software to organize, track prospecting activity and call-backs.
- Work closely with Scheduling Management Software to schedule appointments.
- Communicate treatment process, benefits, and features to potential clients
- Overcome obstacles that prevent sales
- Identify opportunities and build relationships between individuals, teams, departments, units, or organizations to help achieve business goals.
- Leverage tools, reports, and resources to maximize scheduling results.
- 3 years of successful sales and/or scheduling coordinator experience
- Bilingual: English/Spanish, a plus
- Thrive on helping people and have a genuine interest in patient care.
- Self-motivated and a team player
- Experience in a customer service, sales environment within the dental field is preferred
- Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and listening skills
- Compelling interpersonal communications skills, influence skills, and rapport-building abilities.
- Strong client service orientation to include excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate verbal and written communication.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- Open to coaching and feedback and seeks guidance on areas of improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using technology, including Gmail, Gsuite and CRM software.
- Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Salary : $20 - $22
