Our team is expanding to meet client demand, and has an immediate opening for a Full Time Entry Level Customer Service Associate. Our business was founded on the idea that creating meaningful relationships directly with our clients target customer base is the key to exceeding expectations. The ideal Entry Level Customer Service Associate will be outgoing, love working as part of a team and excel in a high energy, fast paced environment.
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:
- Handle all on-site brand management and client management including presentations, sales and marketing
- Facilitate customer enrollment on behalf of our clients
- Work with fellow associates to successfully execute outreach in assigned areas
- Maintain a clean and professional image at all times
- Stay up to date with all client information, their non-profit status and community initiatives
- Participate in group training opportunities
Entry Level Customer Service Associate Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client service related role
- Some college coursework in a related field preferred but not required
- A desire to be in a leadership and mentoring role
- A drive to grow with a company and develop long term career opportunities
- An open mind and willingness to continue learning new concepts and strategies
