Ascend Gymnastics DuPont, part of the Ascend Gymnastics Centers across Washington State, is looking for enthusiastic and energetic team players to join our awesome team of coaches!
We provide paid training and a consistent schedule once you take over your own team group. This is a fantastic opportunity for those passionate about gymnastics and coaching.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous coaching experience, especially in USAG Developmental and Excel Programs
- Strong gymnastics knowledge and safety awareness
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Certifications (USAG or equivalent) a plus
- Must be 18 years old

Responsibilities:
- Implement training programs for your competitive team group, focusing on skill development and performance.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to athletes, ensuring a positive and motivating environment.
- Monitor and assess the progress of gymnasts, offering constructive feedback and support.
- Ensure the safety of all participants during practice and competitions, adhering to safety protocols.
- Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among athletes, promoting a healthy competitive spirit.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss athlete progress and address any concerns.
- Show up consistently to all practices on time, ready to work.
