Duties

- Assist in billing and claims, ensuring all details are managed effectively.
- Provide support for various administrative tasks as required by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an office coordination or administrative role.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining professional communication.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
