Now Hiring - Volunteer Supervisor
The Volunteer Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to :
Adequately support volunteer operations and to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Recruit, interview, hire, train and retain volunteers
Plan, implement and document ongoing volunteer recruitment and retention
Develop and perform public service announcements and outreach to the communities served
Plan, assign and direct volunteer workload
Achieve Monthly / Quarterly recruitment goals
Orient new volunteers to facilities and homes
Maintain volunteer personnel files
Participate as a member of the IDT including development and implementation of the plan of care
Track volunteer timesheets and maintain monthly statistics
Provide ongoing support and recognition for volunteers
Completes competency visits and yearly supervisory visits of volunteers
Schedules time in a flexible manner to accommodate volunteers' time
Completes filing, typing and mailings and computer work as assigned
