About the Role – Recruiting Coordinator
We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire) to assist with sourcing, scheduling, onboarding coordination, and other key recruitment functions. This role ensures a seamless hiring experience for candidates and supports the Talent Acquisition Team in their mission to bring top talent into our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support – Post job openings, track applications, and manage job board updates
- Offer & Onboarding Coordination – Draft offer letters, facilitate pre-hire tasks, and track background checks
- Candidate Sourcing – Help build talent pipelines through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Pre-Screening – Assist in screening candidates and forwarding qualified applicants
- Event Coordination – Organize job fairs, career events, and trade shows
- Data & Market Research – Gather insights to improve recruitment strategies
What You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 2 Years of Administrative Experience (HR/Recruiting experience preferred)
- Familiarity with ATS & HRIS Systems (Preferred but not required)
- Strong Communication & Organizational Skills
