You’ll be the link between Recruiting, Onboarding, and Credentialing , helping to build a strong workforce dedicated to improving community health. Key Responsibilities : Recruiting Support – Post job openings, track applications, and monitor job board performance Offer Management – Draft offer letters, process employment agreements, and follow up with candidates Onboarding Coordination – Work with Onboarding & Credentialing to ensure a seamless new hire experience Candidate Sourcing – Leverage job boards, social media, referrals, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline Pre-Screening – Assist in evaluating candidates to ensure the best fit for our team Event Coordination – Organize recruitment events, job fairs, and trade shows Market Research – Stay informed on labor market trends to enhance recruitment strategies What You Need to Succeed : High School Diploma or GED Required 2 Years of Administrative Experience (HR / Recruiting experience preferred) Familiarity with ATS & HRIS Systems (Preferred but not required) Strong Communication & Organizational Skills About Legacy Community Health Legacy Community Health is Texas’ largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) , dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to everyone—regardless of their ability to pay.
