Position Summary
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to serve as a strategic advisor and HR leader for key business units within Legacy Community Health. This role requires a proactive, solution-oriented HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, leadership coaching, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
The Sr. HRBP in Beaumont will play a crucial role in partnering with business leaders, influencing decision-making, and ensuring that HR strategies align with organizational goals. This individual must excel in coaching senior leaders, driving employee engagement, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
• Act as a trusted HR partner to leadership teams, providing insights and solutions on HR-related matters.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on succession planning, talent assessments, and workforce strategy.
• Proactively identify and address HR challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
• Lead and resolve complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coach and advise leaders on managing performance, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture.
• Guide business leaders in creating strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and team effectiveness.
Leadership Development & Training
• Support leadership teams in developing effective management and coaching skills.
• Partner with Learning & Development to implement training programs that enhance leadership capabilities.
• Serve as a mentor and resource for junior HR Business Partners.
HR Analytics & Workforce Planning
• Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends, assess risks, and recommend proactive solutions.
• Support strategic workforce planning initiatives, ensuring Legacy Community Health has the right talent in place.
• Lead initiatives to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion across business units.
Qualifications & Experience
• 7 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on strategic HR partnership and leadership coaching.
• Deep knowledge of employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Experience working closely with senior leaders and influencing high-level business decisions.
• Proven ability to drive cultural transformation and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and talent management strategies.
• Exceptional communication and executive presence.
Work Environment & Schedule
• Hybrid schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, Remote Monday & Friday.
• Some clinic visits required on in-office days to engage with managers and directors.
