Responsibilities
- Provide first-level support for IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Analyze and troubleshoot problems related to DNS, TCP/IP, and network connectivity.
- Assist users with software applications including Office Suite and ServiceNow.
- Support mobile devices and ensure proper configuration for user access.
- Document issues and resolutions in Jira to maintain accurate records of support requests.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain knowledge of current technologies and best practices in IT support.
- Conduct hardware diagnostics and repairs as necessary on Windows Server environments.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an IT support role or similar position.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP networking concepts, and mobile device management.
- Proficient in using ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow for issue tracking.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to diagnose technical problems effectively.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
