The Ascend Learning Healthcare Segment leads the way in innovation and solution creation to improve outcomes and deliver results for students, educators, and healthcare workers in the ever-changing field of healthcare. WHAT YOU'LL DO
As the Marketing Lifecycle Manager, you will manage the lifecycle marketing communications for Nursing and Health professions brands to drive growth in channel performance and impact revenue. You will work collaboratively with product marketing and design team members to develop content, strategize and review cross-channel campaigns.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Develop and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies to acquire, nurture and retain customers throughout their learning journey leveraging email marketing, SMS or in platform notifications.
- Develop deep understanding of email database segmentation and existing workflows to ensure cohesiveness of communication strategy.
- Execute on email marketing calendar ensuring to ensure email campaigns drive results. Own all aspects of email campaigns, including copy development and design, form and landing page creation, segmentation, deployment, and reporting.
- Leverage AI tools to drive both performance and efficiency of email content
- Develop testing plans to rigorously A/B test all aspects of communication performance including audience messaging, calls-to-action, timing
- Report on lifecycle campaign performance, identify trends between campaigns, and present recommendations based on insights
- Maintain close relationships with Product Marketing teams ensuring an understanding of their goals, personas, audiences, and key messaging to provide optimal support
- Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends, and provide recommendation for testing
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
This position will work hybrid out of our Burlington, MA or Leawood, KS office. Remote candidates will be considered.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications
- 2 years of email marketing experience for both B2B and B2C
- Strong proficiency in email marketing programs, preferably HubSpot
- Ability to thrive while working collaboratively or independently
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, prioritize projects, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of customer lifecycle stages and how to move prospective customers through each stage of the funnel
- Proven ability to analyze data and translate customer insights into successful marketing programs
- Ability to persuade, negotiate, and work cross-functionally
