WHAT YOU'LL DO
In this role, you will provide critical leadership and support for treasury activities, lender calls and board materials. You will be responsible for performing daily treasury activities and coordinating with stakeholders. You will provide leadership support within Treasury, and the Mergers & Acquisitions Finance Team, supporting M&A activities.

This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Leawood, KS office.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Independently perform treasury activities, including collecting cash balances on a daily basis and providing quantitative analysis, cash forecasting, and modeling.
- Maintain debt agreements, including debt payments, compliance calculations, and reporting. Calculate and project leverage ratios. Perform reconciliations, identify, manage, and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Manage relationships with key external service providers like banking and merchant services. Oversee the opening and closing of corporate accounts and managing fees and expenses.
- Complete corporate insurance applications and manage the data gathering process.
- Develop lender and board presentation materials by collecting and analyzing data to support discussions. Proactively provide presentations, scripts, Q&A, and backup support for lender calls.
- Lead treasury integration for M&A activities, including transitioning legacy banking, insurance, and merchant services relationships.
- Assist with M&A support by evaluating, assessing, and quantifying the value of M&A, investment, and business development opportunities.
- Prepare business cases and build financial models. Provide quantitative analysis for negotiations and deal execution, including scenario and sensitivity analysis, discounted cash flow, accretion/dilution analysis, comparable company, and precedent acquisition analyses.
- Assist in financial due diligence efforts in partnership with Finance Director, M&A team, Controller, FP&A leadership, and other key finance team members. Develop executive-level materials for CFO, Corporate Development, and other senior executives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other areas combined with relevant work experience is preferred
- 7 years of treasury experience; Finance and Accounting experience is required
- Very high level of attention to detail and quality output
- Ability to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner
- Comfortable working in an environment with frequent tight deadlines and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Datawarehouse, Microsoft BI or Tableau background a plus
- Prior experience with FP&A system preferred;
