What you can expect in this role:
- This is a full-time role covering an expected 40 hours per week
- The majority of this time you can expect to spend with patients
- Ascend blocks ample time on your schedule for documentation and team interactions (and of course lunch!)
- You will provide patient assessments and care via telehealth and in-office consultations
- Ability to diagnose routine conditions and consult (or refer to) physicians for more complex diagnoses.
- Treat patients by following best practice protocols and consult with physician leaders if you deem it necessary to modify the care pathways
- Communicate with your patients as necessary to ensure we offer a delightful experience.
- Manage patient treatment plan and provide support and education to patients on the way.
- Educate patients about Ascend’s broader offerings, conduct health risk assessments and guide them on their journey to longevity and happiness.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 & 10 hour shifts

Requirements
Requirements:
- Must have 3 years’ clinical experience, preferably in restorative health, endocrinology, GYN, or related field; or a demonstrable desire to work with functional medicine to include anti-aging, bioidentical hormones, nutrition/wellness.
- Master’s degree from an AMA accredited school.
- Active, non-probationary, unrestricted Georgia State PA or NP License
- Active unencumbered DEA License for Georgia OR eligibility to obtain
- Ability to work in the Woodstock, Georgia office on designated days (hybrid position.
