Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

This position involves working as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in a mix of pediatric and adult settings. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Chart closure within 72 hours
• Schedule: 18 patients per day, minimum
• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm

Requirements

• Active DEA license required before start date
• Credentialing process takes 30-90 days
• The following immunizations are required for credentialing:
• Flu vaccine
• TB status/X-ray results (within 90 days)
• Positive MMR titer or complete immunization series
• Positive Hep B titer or complete immunization series
• Positive Varicella Zoster titer or complete immunization series
• Tdap immunization (within the last 10 years)
• COVID requirement: primary series plus booster, or 1 dose of current COVID vaccine
• PAs must have CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate
• NPs must have Furnishing License with Schedules II

Notice Period

Both HCO and Vendor agree to a 30-day notice period for ending all assignments.

$85,000 - $110,000 per year
