Job Description:
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar setting and possess the necessary certifications and licenses.
Responsibilities:
- Care for a mix of pediatric and adult patients
- Meet chart closure requirements within 72 hours
- Work 18 shifts per pay period, with a minimum of 18 shifts
- Participate in credentialing process, which takes 30-90 days
- Obtain necessary immunizations before starting work
- Meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- CA Controlled Substance Education Course Certificate (for PAs)
- Furnishing License with Schedules II (for NPs)
- Active DEA registration before starting work
- Positive MMR Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Positive Hep B Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Positive Varicella Zoster Titer or Complete Immunization Series
- Tdap Immunization (within the last 10 years)
- COVID-19 primary series plus booster, or 1 dose of the current COVID vaccine
Timeline:
- A decision is typically made within 7-14 days after submitting application
- Credentialing takes 30-90 days
Notice Period:
The HCO and Vendor agree to a 30-day notice period for ending all assignments.
