Job Summary:
This is a locum tenens obstetrics and gynecology position at an outpatient and inpatient clinic in Ishpeming, Michigan. The ideal candidate will have the ability to see approximately 15 patients per eight-hour shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient and inpatient care to obstetrics and gynecology patients
- See approximately 15 patients per eight-hour shift
- Perform 300 deliveries per year
- Participate in call for approximately one-third of the time, with an average of one consult per night
- Care for both low-risk and high-risk patients; experience with high-risk pregnancies preferred but not required
