We are actively seeking a skilled Hospitalist Physician to join our team in a rural area of central California.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in critical care and be comfortable working in a low-volume setting with procedures required.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality patient care in a 35-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Manage a daily census of approximately 10 patients
- Participate in night rounding and be available for night call
- Perform required procedures, including central lines, intubations, vent management, and critical care management
- Meet the necessary requirements for NIH certification and hold an active CA license
Key Requirements:
- Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with training in Critical Care
- New graduates welcome
- Experience with Meditech EMR system
