- Proficiency with emergent procedures, such as intubations, ventilation management, and ACLS certification
- Previous experience working as a hospitalist with documentation of successfully performed emergent procedures within the past year
- Flexibility for early morning orientation before each shift
- Mandatory weekend evening prior to weekday morning orientation sessions
