SUMMARY
The MedSpa Manager is a dynamic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of Spa Belle La Vie’s operations, including staff management, client satisfaction, financial performance, and marketing initiatives. This individual plays a vital part in creating a world-class spa experience, ensuring exceptional service standards, and driving growth and innovation. As a key contributor to the success of Plastic Surgery of Tuscaloosa and its partnership with Ascend Aesthetic Partners, the MedSpa Manager will foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, align operational goals with strategic objectives, and continuously elevate the spa's reputation as a premier destination for aesthetic treatments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned)
Staff Management :
- Recruit, train, and supervise MedSpa personnel including estheticians, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all services.
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any disciplinary issues in a timely manner.

The employee may be occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
