Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews (virtual or in person) and manage end-to-end interview process and logistics promptly and accurately.
- Manage our job boards and ensure detailed information about open opportunities is posted to the most strategic channels, including supporting partnerships with major job boards like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.
- Career Fair: Plan, strategize, implement career fair strategies, and attend career fairs.
- Communications support, including things like writing job descriptions, email templates, and candidate responses.
- Creative Outreach: Researching and collaborating with the team on unique platforms and strategies to reach potential candidates.
- Process improvement: We are a startup-like culture, always looking for ways to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
- Tracked and organized the team budget to allocate and report all expenses properly. Help to develop and improve recruiting processes from the ground up (e.g., tracking candidate data or interview training)
- Providing exemplary candidate care while answering email and phone inquiries from potential applicants and current job candidates.
- Supporting special projects may include managing recruiting information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), supporting external recruiting activities such as social media campaigns and job fairs, and managing Glassdoor reviews.
- 1-2 years experience in a recruiting, talent acquisition, or related role.
- Strong attention to detail, including administrative and technical support to internal and external partners.
- Exceptional proficiency in written communication across multiple channels.
- Experience managing, analyzing, and presenting data in accessible ways and familiarity with the Microsoft and Google suite of products.
- Experience with JazzHR Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Indeed, Glassdoor, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and other job boards is a plus.
- Training for an initial 60 days
