Position Overview :
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dedicated team in Manteca, CA . As a BCBA at Ascend, you will develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans for children and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support their development and success. This is a full-time, in-person role with competitive pay ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year , based on experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Train parents and caregivers to implement effective behavior management strategies.
- Monitor and analyze data to ensure the efficacy of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, early interventionist / infant development specialists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for children and staff.
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.
