Accounts Receivable Clerk

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage multiple VMS Platforms
- Ensure invoices are properly entered into platforms
- Research and solve payment discrepancies
- Make adjustments to accounts as needed
- Ensure payments are coming in a timely manner
- Other duties may be assigned by the Credit Manager
Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Works well in a team environment
- Able to work with a diverse group of people
- Microsoft Excel proficient
- Strong written communication skills
- Persistent time management to meet deadlines
- Great organization skills
Experience, at least one of the following:
- One year or more related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
