Job Position : Assembly Line Worker
Location : Cedar Park, TX 78613
Pay Rate : $17.00 / hr
Shift : 6am-2 : 30pm
Description :
Ascend Staffing is now hiring immediately for several Assembly positions in Cedar Park! This is for a large manufacturing facility and experts in building test facilities for wireless and acoustic testing and measurement.
Assembly Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Basic math skills and able to read a tape measure to 1 / 16th of an inch is required
Ability to read and interpret blue prints is required
Manufacturing, semiconductor, assembly experience is required
Experience with hand tools, power tools and measuring devices such as calipers and a tape measure
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Assembly Shift Info
Day Shift, 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm
Monday - Friday
Overtime may be required
Assembly Tasks & Duties (What You'll Do)
Heavy lifting & use of power tools
Tightly wind thick copper wiring around capacitors
Burn-in and / or solder capacitors as required
Perform testing and final assembly
