The day of a Business Development Representative consists of:
- Making 100 phone calls a day to prospective clients
- Setting appointments with hiring managers and company decision-makers
- Scheduling appointments through Outlook and Microsoft Teams
- Use CRM to manage pipeline
- Researching Ascend Staffing local markets and launching email and phone call campaigns
Business Development Rep Requirements:
- Ability and desire to reach goals
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Coachable and willing to learn
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
- Full-Time available
Pay:
- $18/hour $150 monthly bonus based on metrics $20 per appointment kept
- Hourly pay increases available after 3 months of consistent performance and additional hourly pay increases after 6 months of performance.
