Data Entry Associate Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Customer Service
Type data in computer other sources into the new database
Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
Multitask - very busy not much down time
Calls, Emails and faxing
Scan documents and print files
Keep information confidential
Respond to requests for information and access relevant files
Comply with data integrity and security policies
Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Data Entry Associate Shift Info
Day Shift,8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm
Monday - Friday
New Member 7 : 30 am - 4 : 00 pm
Data Entry Associate Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Data Entry Associate experience preferred
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk
Experience with MS Office and data programs
Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner
Typing speed and accuracy
Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation
Attention to detail
Confidentiality
Organizational skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
