Salary : $55,000 - $70,000 DOE

Location : North Salt Lake, UT

Department : Support Center

Employment Type : Full-Time or Part Time

Minimum Experience : Mid-level

Compensation : $55,000 - $70,000 DOE including monthly performance bonus opportunities.

Job Summary :

The Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the CEO by managing administrative and strategic tasks, ensuring efficiency in daily operations, and handling high-priority projects. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and exercises discretion in handling confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative & Calendar Management :

Manage and maintain the CEOs complex calendar, prioritizing urgent matters.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and preparation.
Plan and oversee travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Keep the CEO informed of all daily meetings, calls, priorities, and deadlines.

Communication & Coordination :

Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders.

Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

Organize and manage executive meetings, including agenda preparation, material distribution, and follow-ups.

Confidential & Strategic Support :

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.

Act as a trusted confidant and strategic partner, helping the CEO stay focused on key priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.

Ability to maintain complete confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships across the organization.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Education & Experience : High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
