Picker Packer Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Production : Work Experience :
o Follow instructions.
o Sort items in various categories by style, size, color, etc
o Make inventory lists of sorted products.
o Maintain high quality control standards.
o Pack cartons according to configuration accurately
o Label correctly and stack finished cartons on pallets.
o Place palletized finished product in staging area
o Efficient math skills & counting
o Identify and utilize time saving productivity.
o Learn all aspects of company's sorting, handling, and packaging procedures.
o Maintain consistent quality standards for all repackaged products.
o Learn and follow company safety procedures.
o Lifting , standing, walking, bending, pulling or pushing, ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
o Work independently and as a supportive team member with good communication

o Box Cutter
o Pallet Jack
Picker Packer Shift Info
Day Shift, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm
Monday - Friday
Picker Packer Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Picker Packer experience preferred
GED / High School Diploma
Able to work in the US
Able to pass a background check
Able to lift up to 50-75 pounds
Previous mixing or machine operator experience is preferred
Good vision, depth perception, hearing and speech
Must have no known allergic reactions or sensitivity to chemicals, dust, and fumes
Must be able to follow written and verbal instruction
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
We are a warehouse and work in a warehouse environment. Warm / Hot in the summer, Cool / Colder in the winter. Dress accordingly.
