Office Manager  Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)

Oversee the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively and meet deadlines and company standards

Answer telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff

WA- P&C License required

Self starter with the ability to work independently

Strong and ethical performance

Coachable and competitive spirit

Analytical skills to understand complex coverage and details and underwriting guidelines

Certificate of insurance knowledge

Office Manager  Shift Info

Day Shift, 8 : 15 am to 5 : 00 pm

Monday - Friday

Office Manager   Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

Office Manager experience preferred

GED / High School Diploma

Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US

Associates degree preferred

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in an administrative, customer service, or other related role

WA P&C License Required

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Reliability and discretion

Able to pass a background check

Able to work in the US
