Job Position : QA inspector 1Location : ARLINGTON, TX 76010Pay Rate : $18.00 / hrShift : Second ShiftDescription : Ascend Staffing is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team! You will conduct tests to determine the quality of materials and finished products as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. Our client is a national manufacturer, supplier, and installer of canopies and related components that services all sectors of the Retail Petroleum Industry, from independent oil marketers to major oil companies and large convenience store chains.What we offer
- Mon-Fri 3pm-11 : 30pm OT
- Weekly pay of $18.00 per hour DOE

- Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products, visual welding inspection
- Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
- Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
- Participate in routine visual inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications :
- Previous work experience in quality control or other related fields
- Blueprints is a must
- Prior Quality Control experience required
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
