Job Position: Translator/Administrator (Mandarin)

Location: Cedar Hill, TX 75104

Pay Rate: $25.00/Hr.

Description:
We are seeking a bilingual (Mandarin and English) Translator/Administrator to support training and operations. This role involves translating documents, assisting in training sessions, and providing administrative support to ensure effective communication between Mandarin and English-speaking employees.

Shift: 8am – 5PM

Rate: 25/HR.

Key Responsibilities:

Translation Services

• Translate written materials (e.g., training documents, operational procedures, and internal communications) from English to Mandarin and vice versa.

• Provide real-time interpretation during training sessions, meetings, and discussions to facilitate clear understanding.

• Maintain accuracy, cultural relevance, and professionalism in all translations.

Training Support

• Assist the Training and Development team in preparing bilingual training materials.

• Support trainers during sessions by providing interpretation and clarification for Mandarin-speaking participants.

• Ensure training classes run smoothly by managing materials, equipment, and logistics.

Administrative Assistance

• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate translation of key documents.

• Maintain organized records of translated documents and training resources.

• Assist in scheduling, tracking attendance, and documenting feedback for training sessions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between Mandarin and English-speaking teams to bridge communication gaps.

• Support Operations staff in day-to-day communications and tasks requiring bilingual capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal) is required.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
