We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing front desk operations. Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the calendar for the office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and mail.
- Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
- Assist with patient inquiries and provide information regarding services offered.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Utilize computer systems effectively to manage records and appointments.
Requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer support in a professional setting.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and clerical duties is advantageous.
