What You’ll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for professional drivers.
- Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls to source, screen, and secure qualified talent.
- Hit company hiring goals to support truck count and operational success.
- Clearly communicate company offerings, including pay, benefits, equipment, and route details.
- Stay up to date on DOT regulations and Ascend’s driver qualification standards.
- Build relationships through strong communication, persistence, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with your team to continuously improve recruiting performance and candidate experience.
- Represent and model Ascend’s core values: Safety, Integrity, Teamwork, and Fun.
- Driver recruiting experience
- Tenstreet proficiency
- Bilingual
- Ability to manage a high call volume while maintaining a positive and professional tone
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable using ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
