Compensation
- Yard/Shuttle Drivers: $19 per hour
- Local Route Drivers: 26%, average $1,200 per week
- 2-Night Lay Out Drivers: average $1,162 per week

Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Valid CDL-A
- At least 6 months over-the-road experience
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the most recent 3-year driving period
