Compensation and Benefits
Our drivers can expect a weekly average of $1700 per week for 14 days out. The longer they're out, the more they earn. We also offer per diem pay at a rate of $0.09 per day, with zero admin fees.
Our drivers also receive excellent accessorial pay, including breakdown pay, detention pay, and layover pay. And with our bonus program, drivers can earn even more for clean DOT inspections.
Job Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 6 months over-the-road experience
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements
Drivers must also be able to fulfill duties that require repetitive bending and reaching, etc. throughout each shift.
