About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team as Short Haul Truck Drivers. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across various routes while ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles on designated routes
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle maintenance and adherence to safety regulations
- Manage cargo loading and unloading procedures to prevent damage or loss
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license with at least 6 months over-the-road experience
- Ability to pass regular medical and DOT physical examinations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
