ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provides tier 1 solutions for our drivers and support staff.
- Manages assigned business units' full cycle recruitment of support staff, taking candidates from application through successful onboarding.
- Drives a culture of feedback and employee development in support of creating a great place to work.
- Lead assigned business units conflict resolution, employee relations, retention, and employee engagement processes.
- Lead assigned business units’ recognition programs.
- Partners with Managers on employee performance management, discipline, and terminations.
- Conduct new employee orientation.
- Conducts annual compliance training.
- Ensures completion of assigned learning and compliance training each month.
- Partners with managers to ensure employees have results and developmental goals.
- Partners with managers on succession plans.
- Administers accurate and timely entry of all employees for assigned business units into our system of records.

- A bachelor’s degree in human resources or business or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Familiar with employment-related laws, regulations, and agency compliance (i.e., FMLA, ADA, EEOC, OSHA, COBRA, DOT).
- Experienced in employee relations, conflict resolution, and coaching performance management.
- Ability to communicate with tact, diplomacy, influence, and authority when appropriate.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service through positive engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective behavioral interviewing skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and Human Resources/personnel document records requirements.
- Proven success using MS Office platform including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint to communicate clearly and transparently with all levels in the organization.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a collaborative team.
