Salary: Our short haul drivers can earn over $1,320 per week, hauling 100% no-touch freight in brand-new equipment. The pay scale includes a competitive hourly rate of $25.00 per hour.
Job Description: As a CDL-A local truck driver at Ascend, you will have the opportunity to drive new tractors and trailers, enjoy stable and consistent scheduled home time, and participate in our Rider and Pet Program.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be eligible for this position, applicants must hold a valid CDL-A license, have at least six months of over-the-road experience, and meet certain medical and DOT requirements.
