About the Role :
The Senior Financial Planning & Business Analyst plays a critical role in supporting executive leadership through financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning. This position drives operational and financial efficiency by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze company performance, profitability, and trends to drive operational improvements.
- Develop financial models and reports to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in the creation and execution of Annual Operating Plans and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence and FP&A teams to enhance financial and operational metrics.
- Build and maintain driver-based forecast models to inform leadership.
- Identify opportunities for financial and operational improvements and assist in implementation.
- Lead the preparation of Annual Operating Plans and Rolling Forecasts.
- Mentor junior analysts and uphold best practices in financial planning.
