About the Opportunity
- We are seeking experienced CDL-A truck drivers for our regional dry van route.
Pay and Benefits Package
- We offer a comprehensive pay and benefits package, including top pay for mileage, holidays, and other benefits.
- In addition to pay, we also provide per diem pay with zero admin fees, 7 paid holidays at $150.00 per day, and excellent accessorial pay.
- Our drivers also have the opportunity to earn additional monthly incentives on top of their base pay.
Driver Requirements and Qualifications
- To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid CDL-A, at least 6 months over the road experience, and no more than 2 preventable accidents in the most recent 3-year driving period.
- You must also be able to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements and fulfill duties that require repetitive bending and reaching.
Company Culture and Home Time
- As a CDL-A truck driver with Ascend, you can expect to be out on the road for 14 days at a time, followed by 72 hours of rest at home.
