Salary
The average weekly pay is $1700 per week (14 days out), with the potential to earn more based on the number of days spent on the road. Additionally, we offer a per diem pay program with $0.09 per diem and zero admin fees.Benefits
- We provide 7 paid holidays at $150.00 per day, paid same as office staff.
- Excellent accessorial pay includes $150 Breakdown Pay, $20 per hour Detention Pay, and up to $150.00 Layover Pay.
- Bonus paid for Clean DOT Inspection.
- Additional monthly incentives on top of your base pay.
Job Description
As a CDL-A company truck driver, you will have the opportunity to drive quality equipment, enjoy no-touch freight, and experience experienced dispatchers and dedicated Driver Retention Team. We also offer a rider and pet program, 401k, and Workhound partnership that gives drivers the opportunity to provide feedback that we will listen to. Lease purchase opportunities are available.Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid CDL-A required.
- At least 6 months over the road experience necessary.
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the most recent 3-year driving period.
- Must be able to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements.
Home Time
Drivers can expect 14 days out, followed by 72 hours of rest at home.
