Pay and Benefits
We offer a competitive weekly average pay of $1300 (5.5 days out) with the potential to earn more based on time spent on the road. Our per diem pay program includes $0.09 per diem with zero administration fees.
In addition to pay, we provide 7 paid holidays at $150 per day, as well as excellent accessorial pay including:
- $150 Breakdown Pay
- $20 per hour Detention Pay
- Up to $150 Layover Pay
We also offer bonus payments for clean DOT inspections and additional monthly incentives on top of base pay.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
To be eligible for this role, you must have:
- A valid CDL-A
- At least 6 months over-the-road experience
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- The ability to fulfill duties that require repetitive bending and reaching
- Compliance with all medical/DOT requirements
