Salary and Benefits
We offer competitive pay rates, including a weekly average of $1700 per week for 14 days out. The longer you're out, the more you earn.
Per diem pay is also available at a rate of $0.09 per day, with zero admin fees. You'll also receive excellent accessorial pay, including breakdown pay, detention pay, and layover pay.
Job Description
As a Class A truck driver with Ascend, you'll have the opportunity to drive regional routes in a dry van. You'll be responsible for delivering goods safely and efficiently, while also maintaining a clean DOT inspection record.
Our trucks are equipped with the latest technology, including GPS tracking and real-time updates. You'll also have access to our Rider and Pet Program, as well as our 401k plan.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 6 months over-the-road experience
- No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 3 years
- Ability to meet and pass all medical/DOT requirements
You'll also need to be able to fulfill duties that require repetitive bending and reaching, etc. throughout each shift.
