The Operations Manager works closely with the owner, leadership, and each team member to inspire and lift the practice to higher levels of performance and achievement.
OBJECTIVES
- Track and analyze operational performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to enhance workflow.
- Manage and support administrative and clinical staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate financial records, oversee billing, and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional activities and community outreach programs.
- Optimize use of dental practice management software for scheduling, patient records, and inventory management.
- Handle patient complaints and feedback with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Develop strategic plans for practice growth and expansion.
- Work with HR and Payroll Manager to calculate team paychecks.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team performance and morale.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Mastery of Excel and/or Google Sheets programs.
- Proven experience in operational leadership, strategic growth, and team development.
- Knowledge of dental practice management software and healthcare regulations.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
