Your Impact
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and facilitating decision-making across technology and product functions.
- Drive alignment and execution of the technology and product strategy, ensuring focus on key priorities.
- Manage critical cross-functional initiatives, working closely with engineering, product management, design, and commercial teams.
- Lead and support strategic planning, product reviews, quarterly business reviews, and executive reporting to ensure operational efficiency and goal achievement.
- Develop and track key performance metrics, enabling data-driven decisions that enhance productivity and outcomes.
- Support internal and external communications, ensuring clarity and alignment in messaging across stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between other executives, streamlining information flow and ensuring cross-functional coordination.
- Manage special projects and high-priority initiatives.
- Optimize internal processes and team workflows to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and board discussions.
- Drive annual and quarterly planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives, resource allocation, and key technology and product priorities.
- Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to ensure technology and product initiatives align with broader company goals.
- 8 years of experience in a strategic, operational, or leadership role, preferably within a digital product organization.
- Prior experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff roles is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of software development, product management, and technology organizations.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
