What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance/Shop Helper position at Ascendance Truck Centers?
This full-time position will maintain a safe, clean working environment for all dealership employees and customers, while transporting inventory and assisting in Service department operations.
CDL Requirements:
-Class A CDL required
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintain a safe, cleaning working environment for all dealerships employees and customers
-Perform road tests
-Service parts returns
-Pick up and delivery parts, medium/ heavy-duty trucks, and customers
-Routine maintenance activities including shop clean up
-Request service repairs as needed
-Assist in maintenance of other departments and locations
-Answer service department phone calls as needed
-Snow removal as needed
Working Conditions:
Maintenance Assistant/ Driver will be exposed to noise, vibrations, dust, exhaust fumes and other hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
