The successful candidate will ensure accuracy of the data, monitor inventory level adjustments, adjusting stock status based on results, and keep detailed spreadsheets of daily activities. Experience in Excel is a must.

Responsibilities:
- Order parts daily for stock, customers, service department, and unit down equipment
- Key new part returns and core returns with accuracy
- Download Navistar Parts invoices for all branches daily
- Verify accuracy of incoming parts
- Reconcile Navistar Parts invoices and post to system for payment in a timely manner
- Request missing information from Parts Managers for issues regarding receiving discrepancies
- File damaged/shorted/overage claims for parts shipments; track & follow up on results
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Record and track inventory discrepancies
- Provide reports and recommendations to management
- Maintain database and ensure accuracy of data
- Utilize and control best practice inventory management software
- Work with customer’s representatives as needed with excellent phone etiquette
- Work with other departments as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to inquiries from customers and other stakeholders
- Handle customer service inquiries in regard to inventory
- Performing other clerical and job-related duties as assigned
- Highschool Diploma
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse operation processes
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to accurately perform physical counts and track inventory
- Ability to use inventory software programs
- Proficient in Excel and Accounting
