Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution:
- Develop and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to ensure efficient project execution
- Work closely with business units to translate requirements into actionable technology solutions
- Track project milestones, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks
- Ensure projects meet performance, security, and compliance standards
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, infrastructure engineers, security teams, and business analysts
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives for continuous improvement
- Act as a liaison between IT teams and business units to align technology solutions with business needs
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure projects comply with IT governance, security policies, and industry regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOC 2)
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success and lessons learned
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Master's degree (preferred but not required)
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Experience in managing projects related to cloud migrations, IT security, software development, or enterprise IT infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of ITSM, ITIL, and DevOps methodologies is a plus
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
- ITIL Certification
