Additional duties include summarizing and escalating issues, conducting project team status meetings, and implementing Agile methodologies to track development progress and manage feature-driven sprints.

- 3 years of experience managing large-scale project implementations, including project planning, risk assessment, and issue resolution.
- Strong analytical skills for researching, gathering, and evaluating data to solve complex problems.
- Experience in business process mapping and identifying process improvements.
- Skilled in facilitating meetings and group problem-solving sessions.
- Hands-on experience overseeing SDLC artifacts and ensuring business requirements translate into technical specifications.
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
- Experience providing weekly status updates and conducting project team status meetings.
- PMP Certification required.
- Agile experience required.
- Experience managing Agile (Scrum) projects with feature-driven sprints.
- Strong background in overseeing and tracking development progress while ensuring project assignments align with timelines.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
