QA Automation Engineer (Hybrid - 4 Days Remote, 1 Day Onsite)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to support the development and enhancement of primary support systems and other key programs. This role will focus on designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts, creating execution plans, and documenting automated processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test automation, database query languages, and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes, with a strong ability to communicate and collaborate with various teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Determine test scenario priorities and create execution plans for test automation.
- Design and document automated testing processes and frameworks.
- Prepare test data and analyze results to identify issues and areas for improvement.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage defect triaging.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality assurance best practices.
- Utilize JIRA to track work assignments, manage project tasks, and support agile development cycles.
